Electronic Document Circulation (EOD) is a complete platform enabling the implementation of process management of document flow and information flow in an organization.

The EOD system consists of two main elements:

Modeling environment allowing to define the flow of processes, the scope of documents, design screen forms and run processes.
Content repository containing ready solutions for invoice circulation, orders, fixed assets, logistics, purchases, HR etc.

The EOD system can be used both in large organizations of thousands of employees and in smaller companies of a dozen or several dozen people.

It can be used to support one process (invoice flow, for instance) as well as to entire areas of the organization’s operation. The great advantage is the possibility of gradual implementation, according to acquired experience or increasing needs.
